● 1x/week 1:1 life coaching session (authentic living, mindset shifting, emotional healing)
● 1x/week mind-body workshop: sound baths, breathwork, somatic healing, etc…
● 1x/week mindfulness activity
About the Schedule
Our weekly flow is intentionally light on rigid structure and full of space for spontaneity. If you thrive with a bit of surprise, and you’re open to intuitive, organic experiences, you’ll feel right at home here.
If you're a surfer, your day might revolve around the tides. If you’re a deep worker, you might block quiet hours after yoga in the morning for focus and creativity. If you actually don’t have much work to do, that’s cool too - you’ll have all the time in the world to explore, be social or just relax. We trust that everyone will find their own balance between work, rest, play, and connection.
This residency is designed for those ready to embrace the unknown, trust the process, and let each day unfold with purpose, creativity, and presence.
